We hope you'll love your piece of jewelry from Tiljon! However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the goods to us within 30 days without stating a reason. You can find the online withdrawal form in your order confirmation or at https://www.tiljon.de/withdrawal.php . We will then send you a shipping label for the package*, which you can easily print at home and stick on the shipping bag. The postage for the return shipment is already paid, you can simply drop off the package at a branch near you.

If you made a mistake with the size of a ring: no problem! Simply contact us and we will also send you a free return label. Once the ill-fitting ring has arrived back with us, we will send you a new ring in the desired size, simply and without the need for a new order.
